Transparency about how costs are formed: what’s included in the support, what influences the price, and the payment stages.
The cost depends on the task and the scope of support: consultation/second opinion, diagnostic organization, treatment organization, on-site support. We will agree in advance on what exactly is included in the services and at which stages clinic expenses (medical part) and support expenses (organizational part) occur.
Pricing Principle
- Medical expenses (clinic/doctors/diagnostics) are set by the clinic.
- Organizational support — services by VN Solutions.
- Additional services (translation, transfer) — upon agreement.
Limits of Liability
- A medical invitation from the clinic is provided.
- Insurance is not provided.
- Flight: The patient buys tickets themselves.
- Hotel: We can assist with booking.
- Transfer from Munich Airport is available for an additional fee (arranged in advance).

You can create a customized package from several examinations — in this case, the total cost will be reduced.
